The Full Report asks 9 questions, each asked 3 ways, on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity (81 answers). It scores you from 0 to 100 on each assistant, shows the sites the answers rely on, and lists the top 5 fixes.

Each one is asked 3 ways on 3 assistants, so your score rests on 81 answers. One answer per question is too noisy to score: one site scored 20.4 and 15.3 on the same day (our Sep 23, 2026 scans). Some tools track more questions for a similar price. We check fewer, more times, and tell you what to fix. Guided adds up to 3 of your own.

By email within 5 business days of your payment. If it's late, we refund the $30 in full.

Yes, if you start a plan within 30 days of getting your Full Report. Monthly: we charge nothing until month 2, when your next report is due, then $49 a month. Guided: your first month is $69. Done for you: the $30 comes off your first invoice.

Month 1 is your starting report. From month 2 you see what changed and your trend, plus that month's fixes.

Each monthly report gets a section with up to 5 page fixes written as paste-ready text (a question heading and a one-line answer), 3 sites ChatGPT or Perplexity cited for your questions, each with its free-listing or editorial route and a ready-to-send message, and 2 article outlines that lead with the answer. The software writes it, and a person checks it before we send it. We never pay for placements, and each site decides whether to accept.

Guided also re-asks your questions in ChatGPT and Perplexity each week, so you see whether your fixes held. Your own questions are fixed after month 1, so later reports compare like with like.

Yes. Guided includes everything in Monthly, so every monthly report covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. The weekly check between reports is lighter and uses ChatGPT and Perplexity. The 3 cited sites in the action pack come from ChatGPT and Perplexity for now, because Gemini's answers link to their sources through Google redirect links that we can't yet turn into reliable site names.

Yes, any time, in the Dodo Payments customer portal (link in your receipt) or by emailing support@answersky.com. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and then stops. We don't charge you again, and we don't refund part of a month. That goes for Done for you too. Most sites need 2–3 months of changes before AI answers start to shift.

We can't promise that. The assistants decide what they answer. We show you where you stand, who is named instead, and what to fix, and Monthly and Guided show whether it moved.

No. We only report what AI assistants say publicly. We never share another client's data.

Because we do real work on your site and on other sites, so we check first that we can help. We don't take on two direct rivals in the same market. It starts with a paid Full Report, and its $30 comes off your first invoice. You can cancel any time. Most sites need 2–3 months of changes before AI answers start to shift. No. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you are.

Currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, each on its latest model, through their APIs with web search. Every Full Report and monthly report covers all three. The Quick Scan uses ChatGPT and Perplexity, and Guided's weekly check uses ChatGPT and Perplexity. The apps can answer differently from the APIs.
