What are the limits?
The report measures answers to these questions on these assistants on the scan date. We use their APIs with web search. The apps can answer differently because the scan has no device location, login or chat history.
Your score is the weighted share of usable answers that name your business. Questions that use your name are shown but not scored. Calls that still fail after retries are left out of the score, and the report states how many answers it used. The 108 requested answers are not a promise of 108 usable answers.
Answers can change between scans. We do not promise a score increase, that AI will name your business or when its answers will change. The Full Report identifies fixes; it does not include making them.
